Be Resilient

FAQs

Will virtual coaching actually work for me? I’m worried you can’t help me without being in person and “seeing” me.

Yes, virtual coaching works really well! Unlike a doctor's office, where you get limited time, my coaching gives you ongoing support and real-time feedback based on videos you share and regular check-ins. We’re not confined to one 30-minute session; we can adapt as your needs change, and I’ll be available to guide you every step of the way. This allows us to work on building lasting habits and addressing your pain over time, not just during a single appointment.

What if I get hurt or make things worse?

My priority is to help you move safely and feel better, not worse. We’ll start at your current level and progress gradually, so you won’t be jumping into anything that’s too challenging. And since I’m not limited to just an in-person session, I can adjust your plan anytime based on how you’re feeling. If something feels off, you can reach out to me, and we’ll tweak things together in real time.

What if I have some big life changes coming up? What if this isn’t the right time?

Life doesn’t fit into a neat box, and neither does my coaching. If you have big changes ahead, we’ll adjust your plan to fit what you can manage. I’m here to provide flexibility—whether that’s workouts you can do on vacation, or ways to stay active during a stressful period. Unlike traditional appointments, we can adapt week by week, or even day by day, to keep you on track without adding extra pressure.

I struggle with implementing programs/plans on my own. Can you help me with that?

Absolutely! Motivation and discipline are tough, and that’s where virtual coaching shines. You won’t just
get a plan and be left on your own. I’ll keep you accountable, provide encouragement, and help you stay
focused, even on the days when you’re struggling. It’s not about perfection—it’s about consistency, and
I’ll be there to guide you through it, step by step, so you can make sustainable changes over time.

What if I decide this isn’t right for me?

That’s okay! If you feel like this isn’t a good fit, we can discuss your concerns and see if we can make adjustments. My goal is to provide lasting solutions that work for you, not to push something that isn’t right. If you ultimately decide to stop, there’s no pressure. Your health comes first, and I want to make sure you're doing what’s best for you.
